Standard policy is to double bag the scooped waste, tie it securely to contain odor, and place it in your garbage can. Please let us know where the garbage can is located during our easy, automated onboarding.  

Based on the number of lovely families we service, we cannot guarantee a specific service date or time as we route via zip codes. However, there is no need to be home at the time of service as long as we can access the area of cleaning.

No need to be home at time of service! Our technicians will send a text approximately 15 minutes before service to let you know they are on the way, but can easily access the yard whether someone is home or not. We'll snap a photo of the locked gate on our way out along with another text to let you know scooping has been completed!
